Therapeutic Approach
Therapy is a collaborative journey, I will use my expertise to best support you, but ultimately, you know yourself best. You can expect to feel supported and reassured, while also being questioned and challenged.
Whatever you’re confronting, you don’t have to navigate it alone. You’re in control of your therapy journey, and I’m here to support you along the way. If you know what you’re hoping to get out of therapy, that’s great! And if you’re not quite sure yet, that’s completely okay too—we can figure that out together!
