Insurance and Fees

We aim to make starting therapy as straightforward as possible. Below is information about insurance, payment options, and what to expect when beginning services.

If you have questions at any point, you can request a consultation and we’ll help guide you through the process.

Most clients are able to use insurance or receive partial reimbursement.

Insurance Accepted

We are in-network with the following insurance plans:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield
  • United Healthcare
  • Cigna

Coverage and benefits can vary depending on your specific plan. We recommend verifying your benefits prior to your first appointment.

Using Insurance for Therapy

When using insurance, you may be responsible for a copay, coinsurance, or deductible depending on your plan. We will help verify your benefits and provide an estimate of your expected costs before your first session whenever possible.

If you are unsure about your coverage, we can assist you in understanding your benefits.

Out-of-Network Benefits

If we are not in-network with your insurance plan, you may still be able to use out-of-network benefits. In these cases, you would pay for sessions upfront and may be eligible for partial reimbursement from your insurance provider.

We can provide documentation (superbills) to support reimbursement.

Fees

Session fees vary depending on the provider and type of service. Exact rates can be discussed during the consultation process.

We aim to be transparent about costs and will review all fees prior to beginning treatment.
